Job summary

SCAN, a nonprofit health organization, seeks an HR Manager to lead a team delivering centralized HR services across benefits, compensation, payroll, and organizational development. You will guide managers and employees, ensure policy adherence, and drive process improvements while promoting a strong employee experience.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR/shared services and 2–3 years of leadership, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of related HR/Shared Services experience
• 2-3 years of leadership experience
• Excellent customer/employee service skills
• Highly developed oral and written communications skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team that provides centralized, consultative HR guidance on benefits, compensation, payroll, organizational development, workforce planning, training, and performance management.
• Ensures policy adherence across business units and improves processes with measurable results.
• Develops goals and tracks performance against key indicators; leads improvements and initiatives.
• Partner with managers and employees to address HR-related inquiries and resolve issues.
• Promotes a positive employee experience and supports an effective shared services environment.
