• Help improve shared inbox workflows, request routing, and escalation processes.
• Support development of best practices for a growing HR function.
• Partner with Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Business Partners, and other HR teams.
• Provide guidance and support to the team on complex requests and process improvements.

Morgan Hunter is partnering with a large, growing organization to add a Senior HR Shared Services Specialist to its HR team.

This long-term contract role will focus on evaluating and improving HR service delivery, helping the team streamline processes and build a more scalable approach as the organization continues to grow.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR operations professional who enjoys process improvement, problem-solving, and partnering across HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current HR workflows, processes, and transaction volume
