Job summary

Community Health Choice, Inc. is seeking an HR Shared Services Specialist to act as the initial contact for employees, managers, candidates, and vendors, delivering high-volume HR support via ServiceNow and HRIS platforms.

You will support onboarding/offboarding, data updates, and benefits/payroll inquiries, while ensuring data integrity and timely service. The role requires 1–2 years in HR or admin, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, and a strong foundation in Excel, HRIS, and ticketing tools

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of HR, customer service, or administrative experience.
• Familiarity with HR Shared Services processes and employee lifecycle activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS or ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries via various channels.
• Process onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and data updates.
• Maintain HRIS accuracy and generate recurring/ad hoc reports.
• Support COEs and escalate complex cases as needed.
