Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking an HR Manager, Shared Services to lead high-quality HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle. This role combines operations, analytics and change leadership to scale HR processes and improve efficiency.

You will drive onboarding, lifecycle changes and HR program delivery while advancing automation, data integrity and standardized workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Shared Services or HR operations.
• Experience leading HR projects and process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of HR data, reporting and metrics.
• Experience with HR systems (UKG/ADP).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of HR Shared Services with accurate, employee-focused service.
• Oversee onboarding, changes, leaves and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate annual performance, compensation and talent programs.
• Serve as escalation point for complex employee questions.
• Identify opportunities to standardize HR processes via automation.
• Lead improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and improve quality.
• Maintain HR data integrity across HRIS and related systems.
• Develop Shared Services metrics and provide data-driven insights.
• Support HR technology implementations and change management.
• Partner on enterprise HR initiatives and integrations.
