Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 6 years related business experience, HRIS/HRSS call center experience expected.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and teamwork needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the HR Shared Services team to deliver high-quality service.
• Serve as SME for HR transaction inquiries and HR system support.
• Monitor transaction quality and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HRIS to resolve data integrity issues.
