Job summary

Salute is seeking a Global HR Operations Manager to lead systems, processes, and governance for a scalable HR shared services model across regions.

The role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and leadership to ensure data integrity, compliance, and efficient employee lifecycle execution in a global workforce.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in HR operations, with hands-on experience in UKG, ADP, or Workday and a track record of delivering scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Admin, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of progressive HR Operations/HRIS/Shared Services experience across multiple countries.
• Experience with global HR operations, payroll, compliance, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations for a large field-based workforce across multiple locations and regions.
• Implement and optimize a global shared services model with SLAs and governance.
• Maintain HR data governance, accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee HRIS platforms and integrations (UKG, ADP, Workday).
• Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization of HR workflows.
