Job summary

The South Carolina Department of Revenue (SCDOR) is seeking an HR Shared Services Coordinator to join our team. You will verify and process transactions related to time, leave, classification, benefits, and employment selection within the HR Shared Services Team.

Qualifications

• HR program experience required
• Knowledge of federal laws and State regulations affecting HR management
• Experience with entering and maintaining data in SCEIS/Citrix
• Experience with State Benefits package including insurance, retirement, and leave

Responsibilities

• Verify and process time, leave, classification, benefits, and employment selection transactions.
• Assist with benefits processing, enrollments, and open enrollment activities.
• Assist with payroll audits and interpretation of HR regulations.
• Support onboarding and coordination of offers and employment packets.
