You will engage in recruitment, onboarding, and HR data reporting to inform decisions. The position emphasizes adherence to federal/state HR laws, proper documentation, and collaboration with HR partners and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or GED with 4 years progressive HR experience.
• Progressive experience in Human Resources and related functions.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as time administrator in HR/payroll system; monitor time and leave entries.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding in Workday for new/transfer employees.
• Answer HR questions about leave, hours, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Maintain complete, compliant personnel records.
• Run reports and analyze HR data to support decisions and reporting.
• Manage Service Awards Program from eligibility to celebration.
• Support workers' compensation and HR process improvements.
