Job summary

Berkshire Health Systems is seeking an HR Shared Services Representative I to respond to employee and manager inquiries, support self-service tools, and provide accurate policy information. The role delivers excellent customer service and supports HR Business Partners with day-to-day administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in office work, familiarity with HRIS, and an associate degree in business.

Qualifications

• Two years of office experience in a fast-paced setting with independent decision-making and high customer service.
• Experience using an automated HRIS is strongly preferred.
• Associate degree in Business or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certification in CCP, CEBS, SHRM or HRCI, Project Management or Six Sigma is preferred.
• Passion for delivering world-class customer service with discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee and manager inquiries for HR-related matters and provide accurate information on policies, processes, and programs.
• Support for employee self-service tools and routine HR tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting HR Business Partners and coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors.
