Job summary

Cypress HCM in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an HR Support Specialist to respond to employee and manager HR queries via the employee portal and to support employees across all lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities include resolving requests promptly, enabling self-service through an internal knowledge base, and collaborating with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to mitigate HR risks and improve policies and processes.

• Provide support to employees across all stages of the employee lifecycle
• Ensure requests are resolved in an appropriate and timely manner
• Enable self-service on HR policy by creating and maintaining the internal knowledge base
• Identify and resolve inconsistent processes to prevent HR risks and compliance issues
• Develop relationships with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (e.g., Total Rewards, Payroll, Talent Acquisition)
• Ensure early identification of service issues and requirements
• Provide input for enhancement opportunities including tools, processes and policies

• Provide support to employees across all stages of the employee lifecycle
• Ensure requests are resolved in an appropriate and timely manner
• Enable our employees to self-serve on HR policy and process by creating, maintaining and continuously improving our internal knowledge base
• Identify, resolve and escape inconsistent, inefficient and incongruent processes, policies and practices to prevent and mitigate HR risk and compliance issues
• Develop strong relationships with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, for example; Total Rewards, Payroll and Talent Acquisition.
• Ensure early identification of service issues and requirements
• Provide input and insight for enhancement opportunities including tools, processes and policies
