Qualifications

• Answers and responds to inquiries regarding HR-related questions and status updates.
• Performs data entry in HR systems with accuracy and proper approvals.
• Researches discrepancies to ensure timely, accurate processing and approvals.
• Maintains various filing systems and documents detailed information about interactions.
• Provides reception duties including greeting customers, answering phones and scheduling.
• Maintains and updates HR databases for reporting purposes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to HR inquiries and route issues to the appropriate team member.
• Enter data accurately in HR systems and confirm approvals.
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain organized files and record interactions with employees or applicants.
