Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Associate, HR Services to deliver customer-focused HR transactions through ServiceNow and SuccessFactors, supporting employees, HR Business Partners, and HR Centers of Excellence.

This onsite role requires processing high-volume lifecycle requests, maintaining confidentiality, and leveraging AI to improve service delivery in a fast-paced environment in Clayton, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 3+ years HR Service Center or HR specialty experience preferred.
• Experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process HR service requests and employee lifecycle transactions in HRIS.
• Respond to inquiries and requests; meet SLAs.
• Coordinate with HR stakeholders including BP and COE teams.
• Manage Job Description uploads in JDXpert.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal data in all interactions.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency of HR transactions and service delivery.
