Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field required, with 3+ years HR Service Center/HR Specialty preferred.
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree with 5+ years HR Service Center/HR Specialty required.
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, High School diploma with 7+ years HR Service Center/HR Specialty required.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and processes, and understanding of HR functions such as benefits, payroll, compensation, etc.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Advanced Excel and PC applications skills.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume HR lifecycle requests in SAP/SuccessFactors.Employee Central.
• Transact and respond to employee inquiries and services per SLAs.
• Own new hire communications with stakeholders.
• Support Job Description Uploads in JDXpert.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy in all interactions.
• Leverage AI/automation to improve service delivery and efficiency.
