Job summary

Community Health Network, Inc. is seeking an HR Service Center Specialist to provide centralized HR support within the HR Service Center.

You will manage intake, documentation, and resolution of HR cases, handling high volumes with accuracy and SLA compliance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or business, 2+ years in HR or customer service, strong communication, data integrity, and proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office; ServiceNow experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business‑related field required.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in HR, HR operations, customer service, or a high‑volume shared services environment required.
• Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and caregiver employment practices.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage frequent inquiries.
• High level of attention to detail with strong data accuracy and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, case management tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow standardized workflows with sound judgment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills for fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Accurately capture, document, and diagnose HR service needs to ensure timely case resolution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional HR partners to resolve inquiries and elevate complex matters.
• Import, index, and review documentation to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Identify trends and contribute to process improvements for the HR Service Center.
