Job summary

Motion is seeking a Specialist, HR Admin to provide frontline HR operations support across North America. You will handle inquiries, assist with Workday navigation, onboarding, and lifecycle transactions, ensuring timely, accurate processing and confidentiality in a high-volume shared services environment.

You will manage cases in ServiceNow, collaborate with HR partners, and escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining excellent customer service and data integrity throughout employee

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in HR administration, customer service, contact center, shared services, transaction processing, or related service environment.
• Demonstrated experience with accurate data entry, employee records, administrative processing, or HR transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee, manager, and HR partner inquiries via phone, email, ServiceNow, or other channels.
• Deliver professional, responsive HR support with active listening, sound judgment, clear communication, and follow-through.
• Use policies, knowledge articles, and job aids to answer general HR questions and resolve requests promptly.
• Assist with Workday navigation, self-service, forms, policies, and HR resources.
• Explain requirements, steps, timing, and status; escalate complex matters when needed.
