Job summary

• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree with 5+ years HR Service Center/HR Specialty required.
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, High School diploma with 7+ years HR Service Center/HR Specialty required.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and processes, and understanding of HR functions such as benefits, payroll, compensation, etc.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Advanced Excel and PC applications skills.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume HR lifecycle requests in SAP/SuccessFactors.Employee Central.
• Transact and respond to employee inquiries and services per SLAs.
• Own new hire communications with stakeholders.

Overview:

The HR Services Associate provides customer-focused support for HR transactions, policies, and processes through ServiceNow and SuccessFactors. Working within the askHR Service Center, the role supports employees, HR Business Partners, and HR Centers of Excellence by processing HR service requests and employee lifecycle transactions, including job description uploads, hires, transfers, promotions, and spot and performance awards. The role primarily manages new-hire communications with internal stakeholders, case processing and resolution updates in ServiceNow, and transactions in SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Job Description:

Execute HR services within People Services North America, including transaction processing in SuccessFactors (Employee Central), such as high-volume employee lifecycle requests:

• Transfers
• Changes in working times
• Promotions / changes in pay / Performance awards
• Hire Processing

Transact and respond to employee inquiries and requested Services in a timely, professional, and consistent manner in alignment with Service Level Agreements.

Own and manage stakeholder new hire communications, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent information for stakeholders.

Support and manage the Job Description Upload process into JDXpert.

• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of any personal or sensitive data in all interactions.
• Demonstrates willingness to leverage AI and automation to streamline HR transactions and improve service delivery, driving process efficiencies and enhancing employee experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field of study from an accredited university required, with a minimum of three (3) years of HR Service Center or HR Speciality experience preferred
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree required, may consider an Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field of study from an accredited university required, with a minimum of five (5) years of HR Service Center or HR Speciality experience required
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree required, may consider a High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of seven (7) years of HR Service Center or HR Speciality experience required
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and processes, as well as a deep understanding of one or more HR functions (including benefits, payroll, compensation, talent acquisition, talent management, etc.) required
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality required
• Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, required. Demonstrated skills in PC applications.
• Customer service experience preferred, in a customer care or HR role receiving inbound service calls? pharmaceutical industry experience a plus.
• Demonstrated experience taking initiative to effectively lead projects and process improvements.
• Demonstrated success in problem solving with proven ability to pay close attention to details to ensure customer needs are met.
• Must be able to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and meet challenging deadlines.
• Excellent verbal communication, including proper grammar, tone, and a clear speaking voice to ensure solid communication with customers via all contact channels.
