Job Summary
The PR Client Services Coordinator/Associate serves as the primary point of contact for designated applicants, associates, and assigned account portfolios, performing dual functions in recruitment and employee support throughout the worker lifecycle at SPECTRAFORCE. This role ensures a positive and seamless candidate experience, builds strong relationships with client stakeholders, and maintains existing client accounts. Additionally, the position focuses on driving successful business expansion, including year-over-year (YOY) account growth, and capitalizing on revenue opportunities through exceptional client service at every touchpoint.
Essential Functions
- Manage client performance, needs, pain points, and expectations, including service levels to ensure complete client satisfaction, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders such as the MSP team, talent acquisition, and hiring managers.
- Proactively explore new opportunities to increase revenue and manage offer negotiations with candidates and clients, maintaining minimum margin levels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client-related issues, concerns, and escalations, collaborating with internal teams for effective resolution.
- Oversee client interview procedures and partner with recruitment teams to ensure optimum account performance.
- Provide excellent customer service from initial contact to offer acceptance, assisting with paperwork completion on the HRIS platform and ensuring the successful completion of all onboarding requirements.
- Enhance the new hire experience by issuing welcome emails and phone/text introductions, maintaining continuous engagement throughout the contingent workforce lifecycle.
- Provide proper notice to employees as it relates to client-specific policies and procedures, including start date instructions.
- Serve as a full-desk resource by managing the contingent workforce lifecycle, including attendance, salary increases, bonuses, employee relations, terminations, resignations, contract extensions, and offboarding requirements.
- Monitor associate assignment end dates to minimize drops through redeployment or extensions.
- Provide training to Client Services team members supporting client accounts.
- Maintain communication and collaboration internally between recruitment, onboarding, and employee care.
- Partner with Marketing to share specific job promotions on social media.
- Perform other duties and assist with various projects as assigned to support business needs.
- Assist with full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, resume presentation, interview prep, skills testing, interview debrief, and offer negotiations with viable candidates for assigned accounts.
- Analyze job descriptions and role requirements to qualify requisitions, evaluating candidate suitability by aligning their qualifications with client needs.
- Actively seek new and effective sourcing techniques to recruit and maintain qualified candidates, maintaining continual contact to ensure candidate availability for clients.
- Review candidate submittal quality and obtain feedback on submittals and interviews.
- Maintain accurate and updated reports on open requisitions, interview logs, VMS, ATS, and HRIS tools, and provide market data analysis and ad hoc reporting.
- Perform other duties assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum (1) year of professional experience.
- Skill in management, data analysis, attention to detail and able to work multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Works independently and has strong time management skills.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in staffing or working in a Human Resource role.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer in close range.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
