Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 2+ years relevant customer support role and past data entry experience.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic HR systems knowledge a plus.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with a broad range of end users.
• Special Skills: Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work well in a team in a fast-paced environment.
