Job summary

You will assist with data intake, update personal information, navigate HR systems, and support LOA processes. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 2+ years relevant customer support role and past data entry experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; HR systems knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receives and provides basic navigation support following established procedures.
• Review and update key business processes and master data components.
• Collaborates with People Operations to meet SLA and KPIs.
