Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an HR Support Specialist at the Berryville plant to provide process and transactional support for HR systems, serving as the first point of contact via ServiceNow, chat and phone.

Responsibilities include handling high-volume walk-up support, processing inquiries, and updating master data; you will collaborate with the People Operations team to meet SLAs, and escalate to leadership when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years relevant customer support role and data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; HR systems knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service, analytical and troubleshooting abilities; able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic navigation support for routine correspondence per procedures.
• Reviews and updates key business processes and master data components.
• Collaborates with People Operations to meet SLA targets and KPIs.
