All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to support the local branch with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. You will build relationships in the community, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure accurate records using our ATS and payroll tools.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting, contributing to compassionate home-based care for clients in the community.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruitment including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, background checks and onboarding.
• Represent the local branch at job fairs and community events to build partnerships.
• Adhere to company policies and state/federal laws for HR compliance.
• Enhance candidate experience and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Diversify outreach on social media and job platforms to attract candidates.
• Collaborate with regional talent acquisition and HR teams for staffing needs.
• Utilize iCIMS and payroll/schedule tracking systems for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Conducts full-cycle recruitment from advertising to onboarding.
