Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of office administration, recruiting, or HR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus.
• Able to handle confidential information and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conducts full-cycle recruitment, including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and on-site hiring events.
• Ensures HR compliance with policies and state/federal laws.
• Enhances candidate experience and adheres to SLAs.
• Coordinates trainings and maintains employee records.
