Job description

A community-focused financial institution is seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to lead and manage full-cycle recruitment initiatives. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to develop strategies that attract a diverse and qualified talent pool, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job description development to candidate onboarding
• Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and craft effective job postings
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, and recruitment events
• Screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, and guide hiring managers through the selection process
• Recommend salary offers and start dates in collaboration with HR and hiring managers
• Maintain compliance with employment regulations and internal policies
• Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment sessions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 3+ years of recruitment experience required; full-cycle recruitment strongly preferred
• HR certification and/or SHRM Talent Acquisition Credential is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
