Job summary

Hunter+Sage is seeking an HR Recruiting Coordinator to manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, warehouse, and operational roles across multiple locations. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process, partnering with hiring managers to keep searches moving.

This role also handles onboarding, offboarding, and training coordination, while maintaining accurate records and supporting HR initiatives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or similar HR experience
• Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, training coordination, and general HR administration
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, warehouse, and operational positions across multiple locations.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide candidate recommendations, and keep searches moving.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, pre-employment requirements, and orientation activities.
• Support offboarding and employee transitions, ensuring a smooth and consistent process.
• Coordinate employee training and development activities.
• Maintain accurate employee and recruiting records and support HR reporting/administrative processes.
• Serve as a responsive HR resource to employees and managers while helping identify and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Support additional HR initiatives as the organization continues to grow.
