LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in the Pittsburgh area seeking an experienced HR/Recruiter for a contract opportunity. This role focuses on sourcing top talent, managing the hiring process, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities include screening, coordinating interviews, managing postings and ATS, onboarding support, and building talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience in HR/talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates through various recruiting platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
