Realta Fusion Inc. in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support recruiting coordination, onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities. You will coordinate interviews, candidate communications, new hire preparations, and general HR tasks, working closely with the Sr.

HR Generalist & Recruiter. The role emphasizes organizing interviews, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Previous HR, recruiting coordination, administration experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate/interviewer communications.
• Post and maintain job openings on platforms.
• Source candidates based on requirements.
• Conduct resume screening and initial phone screens.
• Prepare interview materials and scorecards.
• Follow up for timely feedback from interviewers.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Support a positive candidate experience throughout recruiting process.
• Coordinate new hire logistics (workspace setup, cards, materials).
• Support onboarding activities and new hire resources for day one.
• Maintain staff directory, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Assist with HRIS updates, benefits reminders, and compliance tracking.
• Support company events and HR communications.
• Provide general HR administrative support.
