Fresh Mark, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Canton, OH to manage end-to-end recruitment for hourly and production roles plus select administrative openings. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, post jobs, source candidates, screen, and coordinate interviews.

The role supports onboarding, pre-employment steps, and ongoing HR administrative tasks. A strong focus on organization, data accuracy, and timely communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in HR, Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in recruiting or staffing, with exposure to multiple openings.
• Experience recruiting for hourly/production roles is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting for hourly, skilled, admin, and some professional openings.
• Work with managers to confirm requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Create and maintain job postings and source candidates via multiple channels.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and recommend for interviews.
• Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and maintain communication.
• Prepare offer documents and coordinate background checks and pre-employment tasks.
• Monitor activity and report on openings, pipelines, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Enter and manage applicant data in HR systems securely.
• Support onboarding, badges, uniforms, equipment, and system access.
• Propose improvements to workflows, templates, and communications.
• Provide general HR admin support and assist with staffing updates.
