This role sits at the center of our recruiting and onboarding process, ensuring candidates, clients, and internal teams have a smooth, accurate, and professional experience from start to finish.

You will schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communications, manage onboarding documents, and assist with postings, resume formatting, and candidate tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in administrative or office support preferred.
• Experience in recruiting or onboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily recruiting support, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
• Manage onboarding documentation and ensure candidates complete all required pre-employment steps.
• Assist recruiters with job postings, resume formatting, and candidate tracking.
• Communicate with placed employees regarding onboarding, payroll setup, and system access.
• Support recruiters with pipeline organization and status updates.
• Run front desk operations independently.
