Fresh Mark in Salem, Ohio is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles and partner with plant leadership on workforce planning. The role focuses on building talent pipelines, improving the candidate experience, and ensuring compliant hiring practices.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruiting experience, familiarity with ATS/HRIS, and strong communication skills in a manufacturing setting. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, production, distribution, or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and hiring regulations.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant management and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning objectives.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for hourly positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer facilitation.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct pre-employment activities, including background checks and I-9 compliance.
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in ATS and HRIS.
