Job summary

Clean Team Inc. in Akron, OH is seeking a motivated Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter to support recruiting, onboarding, and staffing operations across the Greater Akron and Cleveland areas.

This full-time, in-person role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and the chance to help candidates find the right opportunities. You will screen applicants, post jobs, coordinate interviews, and work with branch management to fill openings while ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring activities from application through onboarding.
• Recruit candidates for open positions in Greater Akron and Cleveland markets.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct telephone and in-person interviews.
• Create and post job advertisements on Indeed and other platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants, managers, and supervisors.
• Explain job responsibilities, pay rates, schedules, and hire requirements.
• Assist with new-hire paperwork, onboarding, and background checks.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and track candidates.
