Job summary

Middleton Place is seeking a Security Officer Recruiter to source, attract, and onboard qualified security personnel. You will manage high-volume hiring, leveraging social media and campus channels while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

You will conduct full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding, screen resumes, interview candidates, and coordinate orientation and training for new hires.

Qualifications

Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Security Officer Recruiter and play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent for security positions. As a Security Officer Recruiter, you will leverage your expertise in talent management and recruitment strategies to build a strong security team that aligns with our organizational values and operational needs. Your enthusiasm and strategic mindset will help us meet high-volume hiring demands while maintaining compliance with employment laws and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified security officer candidates through various channels including social media marketing, HR sourcing, and campus recruitment initiatives.


• Conduct full cycle recruiting processes, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.


• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ skills in areas such as negotiation, communication skills, and compliance with HR legal standards.


• Coordinate employee orientation, training & development programs, and employee evaluation processes for new hires.


• Maintain knowledge of employment & labor law related to talent acquisition to ensure all recruiting activities are compliant with legal requirements.

Experience

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment environments, preferably within security or technical recruiting fields.


• Strong background in external recruiting, internal recruiting, and campus recruitment strategies.


• Demonstrated ability in talent management and relationship management with candidates and hiring managers.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to cold call potential candidates and effectively market employment opportunities across social media platforms.
