Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Recruiter to deliver all facets of the recruiting process across multiple clients. You will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

You will manage ATS data, support diverse recruiting initiatives, and handle high-volume recruiting while remaining flexible with shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or similar or equivalent year of relevant experience.
• Two plus years of high volume corporate or agency recruitment experience.
• Domestic Travel up to 20% of time required.
• Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed.

About the role

The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process in support of multiple clients in various locations in their respective region. The Recruiter will partner with various hiring managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the organization and ensure best talent for each respective position. The Recruiter reports directly to the Manager and/or Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

Qualifications

As a candidate you must have:

• Law Enforcement background
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or similar or equivalent year of relevant experience
• Two plus years of high volume corporate or agency recruitment experience
• Proficiency in PC and iOS systems and software
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Customer Relations Management Systems such as SalesForce, UltiPro
• Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
• Domestic Travel up to 20% of time required
• Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed
