Job summary

Security Industry Specialists is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to support multiple clients across regions from our Seattle office. You will drive full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and build diverse pipelines to meet staffing goals.

Responsibilities include managing applicant data, forecasting staffing needs, and collaborating with teams to deliver top talent while maintaining excellent candidate experience. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Law enforcement background required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or similar or equivalent year of relevant experience.
• Two plus years of high volume corporate or agency recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in PC and iOS systems and software.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Customer Relations Management Systems such as SalesForce, UltiPro.
• Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service.
• Domestic Travel up to 20% of time required.
• Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed.

Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $85,000.00 Salary/year

About the role

The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process in support of multiple clients in various locations in their respective region. The Recruiter will partner with various hiring managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the organization and ensure best talent for each respective position. The Recruiter reports directly to the Manager and/or Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:
