Job summary

Middleton Place is seeking a Security Officer Recruiter to source, attract, and onboard qualified security personnel. You will manage high-volume hiring, leveraging social media and campus channels while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

You will conduct full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding, screen resumes, interview candidates, and coordinate orientation and training for new hires.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
• Strong background in external, internal, and campus recruitment strategies.
• Demonstrated ability in talent management and relationship management with candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to cold call and market opportunities on social media.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified security officer candidates via multiple channels.
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and evaluate skills and HR compliance.
