Mishra Groups in Bhubaneswar is seeking an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment. You will identify hiring needs, source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, and close open positions.

The role requires 1-2 years of experience, a relevant degree, and a proactive, process-driven approach. This is an in-person, full-time opportunity with benefits and a laptop requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidate should have their own laptop.
• 1-2 years of recruitment experience is expected.

Responsabilités

• Identify hiring requirements from department heads.
• Publish job postings on portals and social media.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, etc.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with panels.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare recruitment reports and achieve targets.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will identify hiring requirements, source potential candidates, conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and hiring needs from department heads.
• Prepare and publish job postings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and interview panels.
• Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and follow up on offer acceptance.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate with HR and onboarding teams for joining formalities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
