The position involves sourcing candidates via portals, social media, referrals, and networking, and coordinating interview processes with technical and management teams.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical and management interview schedules.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary within approved budgets and release offer letters.
• Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

HR Operations

• Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
• Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and status updates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
• Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualification

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or any Bachelor's degree with relevant recruitment experience.
• Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
