Roots Group of Companies is seeking a detail-oriented recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes in a hands-on, in-person role. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.

This position requires strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills to manage offers and joining formalities, ensuring timely closure of vacancies.

Responsabilités

• Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates' communication skills and experience.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary and discuss offer details with selected candidates.
• Manage offer releases and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure positions are closed within the defined timelines.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
