Devdort is seeking a Remote Recruitment Specialist to drive bulk-hiring campaigns from home. You will source candidates, screen telephonically, and coordinate interviews with clients across time zones.

The role requires 1–2 years in end-to-end recruitment, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup. Freshers may apply for internship tracks; performance-based growth is offered.

Formación

• 1–2 years in end-to-end recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Familiar with sourcing techniques and portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsabilidades

• Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions accordingly.
• Source and screen candidates through various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fitment.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients for long-term engagement.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per the given TAT (Turnaround Time).
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on hiring status.

• Experience Required: 0 to 2 Years
• Salary: Up to 8000-15000 per month. It can be increased in 6Months (Based on experience & performance)
• Location: Work From Home
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 9:0 AM to 7:00 PM
