Job summary

Johnson Service Group (JSG) in Orange County, CA is seeking an on-site HR Coordinator/Project Manager. This role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a pay range of $35-$45 per hour DOE.

You will coordinate interviews, guide candidates, arrange travel and lodging, and manage Oracle ATS data while supporting recruiters and managers on various projects. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in administrative or recruiting coordination, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication and multitasking

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of admin or recruiting coordination in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview Coordination: schedule phone screens, virtual meetings, and on-site interviews.
• Candidate Experience: guide candidates through the process and maintain communication.
• Logistics & Travel: arrange candidate travel, lodging, and meals when required.
• System Management: maintain applicant tracking systems with accurate statuses and notes.
• Process Support: collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on intake and admin workflows.
• Project Management: handle special projects as needed.
