Job summary

Hunter Industries in San Marcos, CA, is seeking an on-site Human Resources Operations & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support HRIS/ATS, onboarding, and reporting within core hours 7:00am–5:00pm.

You will schedule interviews, manage employee data, assist with pre-employment steps, travel bookings, and vendor liaison for contingent workers, while upholding confidential processes and bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition systems/processes preferred.
• UltiPro experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains employee data in the HRIS and personnel files; processes personal information and new hires.
• Administers pre-employment and new hire processes, including offers, verifications, background checks, and I-Verify compliance.
• Serves as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries via HRSC and Talent Acquisition inboxes.
• Compiles data to produce reports for HR, the company, and government agencies on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Schedules interviews and guides candidates; provides directions and branding collateral.
• Supports contingent workforce by liaising with vendors and onboarding/offboarding contingent workers.
