Job summary

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking an HR Coordinator/ Project Manager for an on-site role in Orange County (Irvine area). Core hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Pay range: $35–$45 per hour DOE.

Responsibilities include interview coordination, candidate experience, travel logistics, and ATS system management. Minimum 1–3 years in administrative or recruiting coordination in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of administrative or recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate phone screens, virtual meetings, and on-site interviews across multiple calendars.
• Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through the interview process, answer questions, and ensure smooth communication.
• Logistics & Travel: Arrange candidate travel, lodging, and meal accommodations when required.
• System Management: Maintain applicant tracking systems- Oracle with accurate candidate statuses and interview notes.
• Process Support: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate intake meetings and general administrative workflows.
• Project Management- special projects
