Job summary

Hunter Industries is seeking a temporary Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across the Human Resources function, including accurate and timely maintenance of employment data in the HRIS, and Talent Acquisition processes.

This on-site role at our headquarters in San Marcos, CA requires flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00am and 5:00pm, with duties spanning onboarding, data management, interviews, reporting, contingent workers coordination,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of HR/TA systems experience.
• Strong English communication; Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee data in the HRIS and personnel files.
• Administer pre-employment and onboarding processes, including offers and verifications.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding for candidates and hires.
• Produce HR reports for internal customers and agencies on a regular basis.
• Support contingent workforce onboarding/offboarding and invoicing.
