Our client, a leading nonprofit organization, is seeking a Director of Recruitment to join its New York team in a hybrid capacity. This senior leadership role will oversee and transform the organization's talent acquisition function, driving strategic recruiting initiatives, workforce planning, sourcing innovation, and recruitment operations across a high-volume, multi-site environment. The Director will lead a team of recruiting professionals, optimize recruitment technology and AI-enabled hiring tools, and build sustainable talent pipelines to support frontline, clinical, corporate, and leadership hiring needs. The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on recruiting leader with experience driving departmental transformation and building scalable talent acquisition programs in complex organizations.

• 5+ years of recruitment leadership experience, required.
• Experience in nonprofit environments, preferred.
• Experience leading high-volume recruiting operations in a multi-site organization, required.
• Experience managing recruiting teams and driving organizational transformation, required.

The salary for this role is $125K-$140K.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
