Job summary

Saber Power Services seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support recruiting programs, onboarding, and HR administration across the employee lifecycle. The role is based onsite at the headquarters in the Clear Lake area of Houston, Texas.

The coordinator will help deliver HR programs, manage onboarding, and support early-career initiatives, reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources with opportunities to grow toward an HR Generalist role. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, admin support, or program coordination.
• Ability to organize programs with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Teams).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR programs, processes, and communications.
• Act as a point of contact for employees and direct them to HR resources.
• Coordinate new hire orientation for Space Center location.
• Support onboarding activities with managers and partners.
• Maintain accurate HR records and program materials.
• Prepare HR communications, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to promote engagement opportunities.
