Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire onboarding including screenings, paperwork, and orientation scheduling.
• Maintain HR data in ADP and other systems during hires, changes, and separations.
• Keep personnel files compliant and up to date per retention rules.
• Assist with Form I-9 and employment eligibility verification.
• Support recruiting by helping with interviews when needed.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and resolve routine issues with HR or providers.
• Distribute open enrollment materials and track required data.
• Assist payroll by collecting changes and coordinating corrections.
• Track onboarding, training, and other essential documentation.
• Assist with offboarding and return of company property.
• Prepare routine HR reports and employee rosters.
• Coordinate employee recognition and HR communications.
• Respond to routine inquiries and escalate sensitive matters to HR leadership.
