You will maintain confidential employee records, prepare HR communications, and support projects and reporting while delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include 3+ years of HR experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience, onboarding or recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientations.
• Support recruiting by posting jobs and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain HRIS data entry and personnel files.
• Assist with benefits administration and enrollments.
• Prepare HR communications and employment verifications.
• Support HR projects and reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records.
• Provide clerical and operational support.
