Rosendin, a leading employee-owned electrical contractor, seeks an HR Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone for Human Resources, partnering with the Senior Director and HR leadership. This hybrid role blends project management rigor with executive assistance, handling calendars, meeting logistics, status updates, and leadership communications while driving HR programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• 4–6+ years of HR operations/program coordination or executive support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior leadership.
• High discretion handling confidential information and sensitive topics.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project/task management tools.
• Experience supporting VP- or Director-level HR leaders preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end HR initiatives across talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
• Maintain program plans, milestones, trackers, and action-item follow-ups.
• Coordinate with HR COEs and HRBPs to ensure consistent program delivery.
• Prepare executive status updates, summaries, and reporting materials.
• Provide operational support to HR leadership, managing calendars and meeting logistics.
