Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an HR systems support professional to provide process and transactional assistance from the Council Bluffs plant. You will respond to users via ServiceNow, chat, and phone, handling high-volume inquiries with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities include updating employee data, assisting with LOA navigation, and routing complex issues to the appropriate HR teams. This is a 1st shift, on-site role with no remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in customer support or related data-entry role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR systems is a plus; SAP/Workday knowledge valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-point contact for HR systems support via ServiceNow, chat, and phone.
• Handle high-volume walk-up inquiries and resolve basic issues.
• Update employee data, process LOA requests, and navigate HR tools.
• Escalate complex problems to Centers of Excellence or HR leadership as needed.
