Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an on-site HR support specialist to provide process and transactional support for HR systems. You will be the first point of contact via case management, chat, and phone support, handling high-volume walk-ups and routine inquiries.

Responsibilities include basic HR data updates, LOA support, and collaboration with Centers of Excellence and leadership to meet service levels. Strong communication, data entry accuracy, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in a customer support role with data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; HR systems knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic navigation support and handle routine correspondence per procedures.
• Review and update key business processes and master data components.
• Collaborate with People Operations to meet SLA KPIs.
