Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an on-site HR Support Specialist at the Amarillo Harvest Plant. You will provide process and transactional support for HR systems, serve as first point of contact via ServiceNow, chat, and phone, and handle high-volume walk-up requests.

You will manage data intake, update employee information, navigate HR systems, and support LOA processes while coordinating with Centers of Excellence, Directors HR, and leadership to maintain service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer support role with data entry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic navigation support for routine correspondence and HR processes.
• Review and update key business processes and master data components.
• Collaborates with People Operations to meet service levels and KPI targets.
